Groupama signs up for Keychoice commercial initiative

Keychoice is pleased to announce that Groupama has joined its new commercial initiative - created to deliver a wider range of commercial lines products to its 750 members and drive real growth in the SME market.

Groupama's products including fleet, tradesman, package, property owners, commercial combined and personal accident were launched to members on 1 October. The exclusive products provide members with a range of benefits including enhanced commissions as well as access to some new product lines.

Adrian Coupland, Head of Insurer Relationships at SSP said, "This is great news for our existing members and further strengthens our proposition as it adds real value to brokers. With commercial lines increasingly being traded electronically, one of the key areas for Keychoice is to continue to develop and increase the number of products that can be traded in this way whilst adding value right through the broker channel."

Commenting on the partnership, Cathie Bruce, Distribution and Customer Service Director, at Groupama said, "We are delighted to build on our existing relationship with Keychoice by joining this new initiative. We have been a strategic partner of Keychoice for over two years on personal lines and have benefited from an encouraging increase in business volumes. I am sure that this exciting new initiative on commercial lines will be equally successful as it provides real value for Keychoice members."

A number of other leading insurers that are committed to the broker channel are in advanced discussions to join the strategic panel for commercial lines.
